Dear twelve33,

I really like the dirty, fuck-me-in-the-ass synths of electro-dubstep giants Excision, Downlink, and Datsik, but would rather listen to them in the traditional four-to-the-floor beat. When will my ears ever be satisfied?

Sincerely,
The Pickiest Motherfucker

Dear Guy I'd Never Let Anywhere Near My Sweet, Kind Mother,

You're in luck, my friend, because in Soviet Russia, music fucks to you! Proxy and his gang of East Europe electrapists have teamed up to form Mako Records: a label dedicated to collecting samples of different metals grinding against other metals. Imagine what John Wayne Gacy would listen through his (pink nano) iPod if he were alive during the modern era whilst laying sexual waste to his victims. You're thinking of Lady Gaga? Hmm. Yeah, you're probably right.

But Mako Records is Angry Music nonetheless!

Eclier, who I think sounds a bit like Danger, gets his EP "The Hole" to receive fistular treatment from Marseille by removing the breakbeat and adding in maniacal, pounding bass. Have a taste; I'll give you a hint: it tastes like your own blood.

I certainly look forward to the future of this young label. Some have noted that a lot of their releases sound the same. That is something I am not complaining about.
